Project Description

As part of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) commitment to protecting American innovation and supporting the U.S. economy, the Global Intellectual Property Academy (GIPA)—within the Office of Policy and International Affairs (OPIA)—delivers training programs that strengthen intellectual property (IP) systems worldwide. These programs are critical to advancing U.S. economic interests by promoting fair competition, protecting American inventions abroad, and ensuring a level playing field for U.S. businesses.

PSA provides full-spectrum event management, including the delivery of in-person and hybrid workshops, interpretation and translation services, hotel site search and contracting, on-site logistical support, travel coordination, coordination with local partners, and post-event monitoring and evaluation. These services are delivered with a focus on cost-efficiency, transparency, and high-impact results—ensuring prudent use of taxpayer dollars.

By managing GIPA’s training programs with precision and fiscal responsibility, PSA helps USPTO advance U.S. strategic priorities, support American innovators, and promote efficient, mission-driven government spending.
