This year’s GSA SmartPay Training Forum will be held in-person and is set to take place August 6-8, 2024 in New Orleans, Louisiana from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET each day. This event is in-person only. There is no virtual portion of the event this year. This 3-day in-person event will feature comprehensive training covering all aspects of how to successfully manage your charge card program. Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) will be available for many of the scheduled and on-demand courses.
